Sequus is a management and organizational consulting, education, training and publishing company. It assesses needs, designs the response in consultation with its clients, delivers the service to the client's specifications, and assesses the results. Its years of experience means it rarely has to start from zero. Sequus is constantly evaluating the results of this work and passing on what we have learned to our clients.
We strive to develop or find the best management tools, techniques, models, guides, theories etc. available. In collaboration with leaders in the field, we adapt and adjust our products and services to respond to the ever-changing needs of our clients and only encourage their use when we have become convinced that they will work.
